Boss Guide
Midbosses
Bonkers:
Ability: Hammer
Advice: Keep your distance after he attacks with his hammer he will sit around for a bit, he will also sit around for a bit when he is about to throw the coconut bomb at you. His hammer will create stars that you can shoot back at him, you can also shoot the coconut bombs back at him.
Bugzzy:
Ability: Back Drop
Advice: He is vulnerable after he charges at you; his flying charge is pretty slow as well so you can attack him. If you don't have ability grab the Lady Bugs he uses to attack you and spit them back at him.
Fire Lion:
Ability: Fire Ball
Advice: He is extremely fast and hard to avoid, though he cannot reach you in the air for the most part. The only time he gives you something you can shoot at him is after he tries to pounce at you. Stay away from him as he will grab you and scratch you if you are to close.
Grand Wheelie:
Ability: Wheel
Advice: Very simple boss, just be careful as he can sometimes catch you off guard. The only thing he gives you to hurt him with is the Wheelie he will sometimes send after you.
Meta-Knights:
Ability: None
Advice: he[sic] Meta Knights will come and attack you for a while, each time you face them there group is a bit different, so don't expect the same combination each time. All there attacks cannot be used against them, but sense they are much smaller they can be eaten or shoot out. The best strategy for them is just to eat them like a normal enemy as they take a few hits from a ability before one of them dies making them hard to beat with a ability.
Mr. Frosty:
Ability: Freeze
Advice: This guy is easy. His Jump is low and if you stay away from him dodging his Charge is easy. He will mostly through Ice Blocks at you which you can then shoot back at him.
Mr. Tick Tock:
Ability: Mike
Advice: Just stay away from him. The Sound Waves are a close ranged attack. The Jump is not too high and the charge can be avoided easily if you are far away from him. The Music Notes are his only ranged attack just stay at a distance, you can then inhale one and shoot it back at him.
Poppy Bros. Sr:
Ability: Crash
Advice: Not very hard, he is very predictable he will jump in place throw a bomb which you can grab and throw back and then he will jump towards you and then jump back, not much else to him.
Rolling Turtle:
Ability: Throw
Advice: This guy is the worst of the Mini Bosses. His Rolling attack his fast, his Jumps are height and if you get too close to him he will grab you and throw you against a wall. It is best to be in the air and then when he throws a red turtle at you to quickly inhale it and shoot it back and then repeat that process.
Bosses
Whispy Woods:
Advice: This guy is pathetic, just get an ability and start attacking him and you can beat him before he even can attack you. If you don't have ability just fly for a bit as when he Blows Air at you it is hard to avoid on the ground. Once he starts making apples fall from him inhale them and shoot them at him, shouldn't be too hard.
Paint Roller:
Advice: This guy can draw and send his drawings after you. But all of his drawings you can inhale and shoot back at him. Just be careful of him, as he is very unpredictable as to where he will go to paint next. Also the more damage you do to him, the faster he will leave after he finished his painting.
Mr. Shine & Mr. Bright
Advice: These guys are tricky as you cannot attack whoever is in the sky. They will each take turns attacking. They can both charge at you and each have their own ranged attack. While Mr. Shine is in the sky he can summon Shooting Stars, and while Mr. Bright is in the sky he can create a Sun Ray. Also be careful because they can do a combo attack where the entire screen will get hit by a Sun Ray except where the Mr. Shine is in front of (hence the name Solar Eclipse). You can use the Shooting Stars to attack and the stars produced by the Sun Ray. They both have to be beat to defeat them.
Kracko:
Advice: Get a Hi-Jumper and start jumping right at the beginning, as Kracko Jr. will be attacking you, and you cannot hurt him until he is Kracko. Kracko is very straight forward, use Hi-Jump or a attack that can hit someone in the sky, trying to hurt him without a ability is extremely hard. His attacks can be easily avoided by flying at the top of the screen.
Heavy Mole:
Advice: This guy is a J-E-R-K. Basically you will be going through a side scrolling area while fighting a boss. It is important to note that the Orange Dygclops give Hammer Ability and the Red Dygclops give Sleep Ability. Hammer can be used to break the ground. Just be careful to not get caught off the screen or get stuck between the screen and some dirt as it will be an instant KO.
Meta Knight:
Advice: In this fight you are required to use the Sword Ability, and you cannot get rid of it. This is basically a straight on Sword Kirby vs Sword Kirby battle as that is basically what Meta Knight is. The difference is he can attack straight up, do a downward strike, and defend with his sword, while you have a speed advantage. Your best bet is to do hit and runs, also you can fly and he cannot so flying is a safe way to avoid him.
King Dedede:
Advice: King Dedede is not to hard once you get the hang of him, just keep dodging his attacks. When he does a Jump or Uses his Hammer he will leave behind a star that you can shoot back at him. For the most part keep your distance from him to avoided his Inhale and Charge attacks surprising you. Also when he is floating in the air it is best avoid him by running or sliding under him twice by then he will go back to normal.
Nightmare (Orb Form):
Advice: This guy is not too hard, you just need to stay on the left side of the screen and keep using the Star Rod to attack him. Dodge his stars and beams by moving up and down, also be careful of his Charge attack where he will come to the left side of the screen for a moment. WARNING: This boss dose[sic] have a time limit, when you get close to being back at Dream Lands ground he will leave and you will get KOed by the screen. If you beat him in time he will leave a warp star you can ride and follow after him.
Nightmare (True Form):
Advice: This final boss is no joke. He can teleport and shoot stars at you in a variety of ways. He also has only one week[sic] spot and that is his white area that for the most part he hides under his rob[sic]. When he is attacking he will open up his rob[sic] and reveal his week[sic] spot, this is when it is best to attack. More then[sic] likely you will not beat him on your first try, he is a boss you need to learn a pattern to. It is also generally safe in the top corners and then the bottom corners before anywhere else on the screen. Just be patient and you should be able to beat him.
